The Business Resource Centre at Job Skills

Be advised that the Business Resource Centres of York Region (BRCs) will unfortunately be discontinuing their services to clients effective March 31, 2005.

During the past 3 years Business Resource Centre staff have provided excellent service to unemployed individuals and have worked closely with a number of other community organizations and resources to assist new and existing business owners in York Region. Download (in Adobe pdf format) this list of service providers offering a variety of services to assist entrepreneurs in establishing and growing their businesses and they can be contacted for further information.

Job Skills operates the Self-Employment Benefits Program and the Youth Entrepreneurship Program for unemployed individuals who meet eligibility and suitability criteria.
