Mission
Job Skills is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing people’s capacity to participate in the labour market, thereby contributing to the economic and social viability of our community.

Employment Ontario is changing to help you better!

Employment Ontario is changing the way it does business so that
Ontarians will be able to find the employment services they need in a
one-stop shop.

An improved Employment Service Delivery Model, being launched August 1, 2010, will make it easier for job seekers to find and access employment training and services in one location based on their
specific needs and interests.

The Job Finding Club at Job Skills will be transitioning under this new model to a more customized approach to job search assistance with the services available as part of the new Employment Service model. You will be able to receive employment supports and assistance from the Employment Service Centres located in:

  • In Keswick (operated by Job Skills)
    155 Riverglen Drive, Unit 7, 905-476-8088
  • In Newmarket (operated by Seneca College)
    16655 Yonge Street, Unit 13, 905-898-6199

Other Employment Ontario Service Providers are listed on the Employment Ontario website or by phoning 1-800-387-5656.
