    (such as food handler, customer service, Smart Serve, First Aid, WHMIS, computer skills)
  • A Customized Action Plan
    (outlining steps to reach your employment goal)
  • A Personal Career Assessment
  • Job Search Techniques
    (resume, cover letters, portfolio development, cold calling, networking and interview skills)
  • Personal Success Skills
  • Work Experience
    (through job shadowing, volunteer and/or paid work)
