Mission
Job Skills is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing people’s capacity to participate in the labour market, thereby contributing to the economic and social viability of our community.

Board of Directors Volunteer Opportunity

...for a community-minded individual willing to share time, talents and expertise with this dynamic organization. Every year we help more than 25,000 unemployed individuals as they seek employment or start their own business. Can you help us help others?

Job Skills is striving to have a Board of Directors that is culturally-diverse and representative of the various client groups we serve (including youth, ‘older’ workers, persons with disabilities and newcomers/immigrants). To complement the existing skills set of the current Board, we are specifically seeking individuals with experience in either the Government Sector or Community/Social Services Sector.

Why not consider volunteering a few hours of your time each month and sharing your knowledge to participate in the shaping of your community?
