The Krasman Centre’s Pathways to Wellbeing program is pleased to present WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)

The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a structured system you develop yourself. It is a plan for getting well, staying well, and helping you resolve some or all of your life issues and challenges. WRAP is an evidence-based program that can serve as your day-to-day guide for working on personal and professional growth-oriented issues, like raising your self-esteem and, self-confidence, developing a strong support system, enhancing your relationships with family and friends, making new friends, learning to be more assertive and enriching your life overall. WRAP is also commonly used to address issues related to your whole health.

 

Pathways to Recovery Program

Dates: November 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, and 27

Time: 1:00pm to 5:00pm

The Krasman Centre’s Pathways to Wellbeing program is pleased to present Pathways to Recovery. Pathways to Recovery is an evidence-based strength building program. This program can be helpful to anyone who wants to explore how to build on your strengths that you did not know you had.  Once you have completed all 8 sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion.
