The You Fit (YF) and Right Fit For You (RFFY) programs provide financial incentives to employers who provide placements to participants. Incentives are provided to offset the costs of a temporary reduction in productivity, increased supervision requirements, and other expenses resulting from the placement. Incentives offered to cover an amount equal to minimum wage and reimburse the employer for Mandatory Employment Related Costs (MERC’s) paid by the employer.
