The Soft Skills Solutions program is designed to help participants gain the necessary employability skills that employers are seeking in job candidates. This workshop is the fifth and final unit of the Soft Skills Solutions Certificate. This workshop will primarily focus on how to succeed on the job. Participants will learn the essentials of thriving in the workplace by developing skills such as stress management, personal branding, and professionalism. This workshop will focus on how to embrace and adapt to the constant changes in the workplace and how to reduce stress.
