This presentation provides an overview of workplace protections and rights applicable to most workers in Ontario, focusing on non-unionized workers. In particular, we will discuss workplace human rights, occupational health and safety, employment insurance, workers’ compensation, as well as some common rights and issues relating to employment contracts.
