This workshop is part of the complete Career Exploration series or can be taken by itself. Having a good understanding of your skills, abilities and interests can assist you with career exploration, writing your resume and interview preparation. By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear idea of your skills, interests and abilities; which ones you want to use and where you would like to develop. This workshop is strongly encouraged as a prerequisite for sessions 3 and 4. However, participants with strong self-knowledge and personal awareness may attend future workshops without the above prerequisites.
