The Soft Skills Solutions program is designed to help participants gain the necessary employability skills that employers are seeking in job candidates. This workshop is the third unit of the Soft Skills Solutions Certificate. This workshop will primarily focus on collaboration skills. Participants will learn the importance of collaboration and teamwork in the workplace as well as tools to improve their teamwork skills. Learn how to be the person everyone wants to work with! This workshop will focus on how collaboration increases productivity and how essential collaboration skills are to all workplaces.
