The Soft Skills Solutions program is designed to help participants gain the necessary employability skills that employers are seeking in job candidates. This workshop is the fourth unit of the Soft Skills Solutions Certificate. This workshop will primarily focus on problem solving skills. Participants will learn the importance of good problem solving in the workplace as well as different approaches to handling conflict. Participants will also learn how to exercise good judgment and execute strong decision-making in the workplace.
