The Soft Skills Solutions� program is designed to help participants gain the necessary employability skills that employers are seeking in job candidates. This workshop is the fourth unit Soft Skills Solutions� Certificate. This workshop will focus on Problem Solving skills. Participants will learn the importance of good problem solving in workplace as well as different approaches to handling conflict in the workplace. This workshop will focus on key learning how to exercise good judgement and strong decision making.
