Take a 45-minute movement break with Jessica Nagy to strengthen and stretch your body and mind. Yoga and other movement practices can improve physical and mental health and resilience and boost focus and creativity. Each session will offer various movements and breathwork accessible to all levels and include tools to help you manage stress and the minor body aches and pains of daily life. No props or previous experience required – bring an open mind and space you can move in!
Jessica is a Toronto-based yoga instructor with a passion for exploring the connections between mind, body, and heart.
