Having a good understanding of your skills, abilities and interests can assist you with Career Exploration, writing your resume and interview prepapration. By the end of the workshop you will have clear idea of you skills, interests and abilities, which ones you want to use and where you like to develop. A prerequisite for sessions 3 nad 4 .
