The Soft Skills Solutions program is designed to help participants gain the necessary employability skills that employers are seeking in job candidates. This workshop is the first unit of the Soft Skills Solutions Certificate. This workshop will primarily focus on personal management skills. Participants will learn how to control and regulate their thoughts feelings and actions. This workshop will focus on key lessons such as how to consider other perspectives, increase empathy, and bring more clarity to situations at work.
