The Soft Skills Solutions program is designed to help participants gain the necessary employability skills that employers are seeking in job candidates. This workshop is the second unit of the Soft Skills Solutions Certificate. This workshop will primarily focus on communication skills. Participants will learn the importance of effective communication in the workplace as well as tools to achieve their communication goals. This workshop will focus on how to create a positive workplace, and how to understand your own communication style and those of others.
