Take a 45-minute movement break with Jessica Nagy to strengthen and stretch your body and mind. Yoga and other movement practices can improve physical and mental health and resilience, as well as boost focus and creativity. Each session will offer a variety of movements and breathwork accessible to all levels and include tools to help you manage stress and the minor body aches and pains of daily life.
