Event Details

Take a 45-minute movement break with Jessica Nagy to strengthen and stretch your body and mind. Yoga and other movement practices can improve physical and mental health and resilience, as well as boost focus and creativity. Each session will offer a variety of movements and breathwork accessible to all levels and include tools to help you manage stress and the minor body aches and pains of daily life. No props or previous experience required – just bring an open mind and space you can move in!

** you must complete a waiver in order to attend this session. The waiver will be sent to you once you have registered.

Jessica is a Toronto-based yoga instructor with a passion for exploring the connections among mind, body, and heart. Her approach to teaching is relaxed and welcoming and will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
