Our program offers comprehensive wrap-around supports designed to address the needs of Black youth facing barriers to employment.

Career Exploration
During the Career Exploration phase, Black youth will delve into their career interests and make informed decisions through workshops, assessments, and activities over two weeks.

Employment SUPPORT

Eligibility
- Identify as Black Youth.
- Between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive)
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a protected person as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.
Youth who are awaiting refugee status and those who hold a temporary visitor visa,student visa or work visa are not eligible to participate

Having just gotten to Canada about 2 weeks ago this was the most valuable experience I have had.
